Dusun Plastics Co., Ltd. was established in February 1988 and is a dedicated plastic injection molding manufacturer. Our plant is located in Linkou District, New Taipei City, serving customers in automotive, power and electronics, and security product sectors.
Our core strength is continuity from development to mass production. Starting from the customer's drawings, we handle tooling development and review, the first trial run (T-0) and condition tuning, sample verification, and finally mass production and outgoing inspection — all under one quality logic. This lets us flag process risks early in development and hold a stable yield in production.
Injection molding is a process where small deviations matter. A mold temperature that is too low can create vacuum voids; excessive holding pressure can break the sprue; insufficient decompression travel can clog the nozzle. These are not textbook terms — they are daily realities handled at the machine. Our value is keeping these variables under control where the customer never has to see them.
To us, a tool's value is not measured on the day it is delivered, but by how steadily it can run hundreds of thousands of cycles. So we care less about one beautiful result and more about a result we can repeat every time.
